Data Protection
We employ industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Your financial data and narratives are never exposed to unauthorized parties. Regular third-party security audits and penetration testing ensure our infrastructure remains resilient.
How We Use Your Data
RevBudget uses your data solely to generate revenue budget narratives and financial reports. We do not sell, rent, or share your proprietary property data with advertisers or external partners. Aggregated, anonymized metrics may be used for internal product improvements only.
Data Storage
All data is stored in SOC 2 Type II certified data centers with redundant backups and strict access controls. Our cloud infrastructure provider maintains 99.9% uptime SLAs and geographically distributed disaster recovery capabilities.
Password Security
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with adaptive cost factors. We enforce minimum complexity requirements and recommend enabling two-factor authentication for all admin and regional manager accounts. Session tokens expire automatically after periods of inactivity.
