Data Protection
All traffic between your browser and RevBudget™ is encrypted in transit using TLS, and your data is encrypted at rest by our cloud infrastructure provider. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to operate the service.
How We Use Your Data
RevBudget™ uses your data solely to generate budget narratives and financial reports for you. We do not sell, rent, or share your proprietary property data with advertisers or external partners. Narrative generation sends the account figures and any notes you provide to our AI provider for the sole purpose of producing your narrative.
Data Storage & Isolation
Your budgets, properties, and narratives are stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security policies that scope every read and write to your own account. Backups are managed by our infrastructure provider.
Account Security
Passwords are salted and hashed by our authentication provider and never stored in plain text. We enforce a minimum password length, support password reset by email, and expire sessions automatically. You can change your password at any time from inside the app.
