By accessing or using RevBudget™ you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Use of Service
RevBudget™ is a budget narrative writing platform for multifamily property management professionals. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@revbudget.com.
4. Intellectual Property
RevBudget™ and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Cub Club Investment, LLC and protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. RevBudget™ is a registered trademark.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into RevBudget™. By using the platform you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
6. Payment Terms
Paid subscription plans are billed monthly or annually. All sales are final. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@revbudget.com for billing questions.
7. Limitation of Liability
RevBudget™ is provided as a productivity tool. The narratives generated are for informational purposes and should be reviewed before submission. Cub Club Investment, LLC is not liable for decisions made based on generated content.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Galveston County, Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RevBudget™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
